KARLA DELA CRUZ

POSITION

Karla holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accountancy degree (Cum Laude) from the University of the Philippines and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA). She started her professional career in a multinational pharmaceutical company, taking on commercial roles in sales, product marketing, and customer marketing. During her sales stint, she executed activities to grow newly launched products. As a product manager, she led a team of 72 medical representatives nationwide and worked on developing business and operational plans, brand messages, and campaigns for the company’s biggest SKU. She then became a customer marketing manager, focused on expanding the pharmaceutical business for a target customer group.
With the aim of having a holistic knowledge of businesses and fueled by her desire to practice her certification as a public accountant, Karla then progressed to join Future Value. She develops financial strategies and does financial analysis and reporting for players in the clothing, skincare, and food and beverage industries. She is also in charge of the supply chain of a snack brand.
Karla is currently earning a Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines.
